Marisa Rauchway Sverdlov, the firm’s owner and founding member, is a seasoned attorney who was recently honored by being selected for inclusion in the New Jersey Law Journal’s “New Leaders of the Bar” list for 2019. She has also been selected for inclusion in the 2017 and 2018 editions of New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars for Business Litigation. She also acts as a strategic legal advisor and partner to franchisees throughout the purchase process, as well as to franchisors at each stage of the franchise development life cycle.
