Businesses often lease commercial space to run their operations.  Unfortunately, landlords and tenants sometimes simply do not see eye-to-eye, and issues can crop up over: rent, noise complaints, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, trash removal, security deposits, early lease terminations, and/or an array of other areas where the tenant and the landlord are not on the same page.

Our office has a wealth of experience representing commercial tenants in disputes with landlords, with the goal to always try to resolve any dispute as quickly and efficiently as possible.  While we always strive to keep these issues from escalating to the court system through pre-litigation counseling sometimes bringing the matter to court cannot be avoided.  We take pride in crafting a litigation strategy unique to each case, and one aligned with the client’s business objectives.  In cases where going to court cannot be avoided, we aggressively, yet tactfully, pursue tenants’ rights and defenses, and have successfully secured favorable settlements for our tenant clients before trial.
